This is a very solid hydrating toner, not a miracle treatment. The efficacy score lands at 4.0 because the formula is genuinely well-built for hydration and soothing — glycerin-like humectancy from butylene glycol and betaine, barrier support from panthenol and sodium hyaluronate, plus calming agents like centella, licorice, beta-glucan, and copper tripeptide-1. But it is still a toner: most of the potentially interesting actives are likely present at modest levels, there is no strong acid system or high-dose treatment active, and the vitamin C derivative / peptide are unlikely to behave like a dedicated serum-level treatment here.

How To Use
Step 3 (Toner): After cleansing, apply a small amount to a cotton pad and sweep gently across the face, or press directly into skin with clean hands. Use morning and evening before serums and moisturiser. Can also be used as a hydrating first layer for the 7-skin method.
Suited To
All skin types, especially dry, sensitive, and reactive skin. The fragrance-free formula makes it a safe choice for those with fragrance sensitivities. Note that Chlorphenesin (Tier 5) may be a concern for those with particularly reactive skin.
