Our Verdict
A nicely gentle, hydrating balm that melts makeup well, but all the fancy centella and 9-type hyaluronic acid are mostly marketing in a rinse-off cleanser. As a first cleanser it performs solidly: mild non-ionic surfactants and oils should remove light to moderate makeup without stripping, and the absence of fragrance and harsh surfactants keeps irritation risk low, but the centella and multi-HA complex are at low levels and don't stay on the skin long enough to deliver meaningful treatment benefits, so efficacy is capped at "cleanses gently" rather than true active care.

How To Use
Step 1 (Cleanse): Apply a small amount to dry skin and massage gently in circular motions to dissolve makeup and sunscreen. Add a little water to emulsify into a milky texture, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with a water-based second cleanser. Use morning and/or evening.
Suited To
All skin types, especially sensitive, dry, and barrier-compromised skin. A good option for those who wear SPF or light makeup daily and want a fragrance-free, non-stripping first cleanse. Those with acne-prone or clog-prone skin should note the presence of Palm Oil in Tier 5.
